We have two inspection plans:
Winter Inspection:
Inspect heating components
Check the pilot and burners
Check safety control
Check gas lines and flush drain lines
Inspect access unions and PVC T's (if it needs to be installed)
Calibrate thermostat if not programmable.
Check Amp draw, motor oils, and bearings (if accessible).
Summer Inspection:
Clean condenser coils.
Check refrigerant levels.
Check motor oils and electrical connections.
Clean and inspect thermostat controls.
Inspect access unions and PVC T's (if it needs to be installed).
Calibrate thermostat if not programmable.
Flush all drain lines.
Check evaporator coil (if accessible).
