Ready for the summertime? Let us make sure your A/C is prepared for the Houston heat.

We have two inspection plans:

Winter Inspection:

• Inspect heating components
• Check the pilot and burners
• Check safety control
• Check gas lines and flush drain lines
• Inspect access unions and PVC T's (if it needs to be installed)
• Calibrate thermostat if not programmable.
• Check Amp draw, motor oils, and bearings (if accessible) .

Summer Inspection:

• Clean condenser coils.
• Check refrigerant levels.
• Check motor oils and electrical connections.
• Clean and inspect thermostat controls.
• Inspect access unions and PVC T's (if it needs to be installed)
• Calibrate thermostat if not programmable.
• Flush all drain lines.
• Check evaporator coil (if accessible).
